Defective Consoles and Accessories-Return within  30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund
Video Games-Return within 7 days for a full refund for defective products.  
 

Video Game Policy

Savannah Lion Games will not purchase the following: Consoles with vulgar content displayed on the outside.  Consoles with locked parental controls.  Handhelds with cracked/overly scratched screens.  PS3 systems that will not power on/yellow light shutdowns.  

Systems that have a severe odor I.E. cigarette smoke or systems infested with insects.  

Software:  Savannah Lion Games will not accept games that are cracked, chipped, warped, dented, broken, etc.  

Counterfeit games and relabeled/mislabeled games will not be accepted.
